GUI: Hotfix for Boot Recent (#2847)

Browse source 
* fix recent list
check for empty name
only change list enabled at aboutToShow
only AddRecentGame if Boot succeeded

* use stringpairlist instead of two stringlists
fix weird typo line

* fix travis
